Shipping Options
Standard domestic shipping:
TORONTO/GTA: 1-3 business days
CANADA: 3-5 business days
This is a tracked shipping method. Most packages will be received with your regular mail depending on size. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing! ASTROPINK is not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels but will try our best to recover your order and/or funds!
Tracked international packages:
- USA: 3-8 business days.
- INTERNATIONAL: 4–28 days
Returns & Exchanges
Email your return requests to info@astropink.com with 'Return' and your order number in the subject line.
- Return must be received in good condition, with no visible damage or defects, unworn with tags. Refund requests will be denied if the above conditions are not met.
- Initiate return or exchange via info@astropink.com for authorization.
- Customer pays for return shipping; with the exception being that we cover defective/incorrect items.
- Refund available within 14 days to original payment method following confirmation that item(s) was returned in good condition as outlined above.
- Contact within 7 days for incorrect/damaged items.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of customer receiving item. Once the customer exchange order is placed, the customer will be provided a return shipping label with the outbound exchange shipment.

International Duties & Customs Fees
ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.If you refuse your shipment or are unable to retrieve your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties or taxes that are incurred, and the cost of the returning the package to ASTROPINK. The amount will be deducted from your refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of your order, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
